I made myself some nice sandwiches using ‘ham’ that my partner had left in a tupperware container in the fridge. AFTER I had eaten my lunch she emails me to ask where the (raw) bacon has gone?? Oops. Apparently the potential parasitic infection might not make you ill for a couple of months, so I’m biding my time and living life to the full! If the supermarket bacon had come in a resealable pack, I wouldn’t have committed this fail!
